Bridging the gap

Everyone’s circumstances are different, so we cater to all. While the majority of our clients are able to access government help, through NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme), sometimes this doesn’t cover all their needs, or people need to pay privately for urgent care. Whatever your funding model is, we provide flexible solutions to make sure you’re receiving the help you need. You can find out more about each below.

NDIS Funding

The NDIS offers financial assistance to qualifying individuals with disabilities, enabling them to enjoy increased opportunities for quality time with loved ones, enhanced autonomy, access to skill-building activities, employment or volunteer opportunities within their community, and an overall better standard of living.

Additionally, the NDIS facilitates connections between individuals with disabilities and various community-based services, such as medical professionals, social organisations, sports clubs, support networks, educational institutions, and public libraries. It also serves as a resource hub, providing information on available support from state and territory governments.

We work with NDIS clients day in, day out. We’re like family, and care for our clients, like we would our own. If you need more information on the NDIS, please visit their website.

Private Funding

While government subsidies pave the way for access to in-home care and support services for most Australians, many find themselves in situations where the available subsidy does not cover the care they or their loved ones need. There are many situations where you may need to engage privately funded services, or where it may be more beneficial for yourself or your loved ones.

In the aged care system, government subsidies are often means-tested, subjecting older Australians to a financial contribution or daily fee for their services. For some Australians, this may mean that out-of-pocket expenses outweigh the cost of engaging in care on a fee-for-service basis.

Sometimes, it just can’t wait, and you need services in place faster than the government can help. Rest easy, as we can generally have services in place for urgent situations in as little as 24 hours!

Our expert care coordinators have worked across a variety of roles and have a range of experience and knowledge in both the NDIS and Aged Care sectors. We are able to assist and guide you through the process and are here to hold your hand each step of the way
